Internship for NUS Accounting Students
NUS BIZ Career Services invites SAICSA Practising Chartered Secretaries to offer internship to its undergraduates from May to July 2008.
The undergraduates are from the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme and the Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) programme. About 20% of the BBA cohort are foreign students. Only a minority of students in the BBA (Acc) programme are foreigners.
Internship is compulsory for the accounting students but is optional for the BBA students. NUS has a pool of students from both the BBA and BBA (Acc)programmes. The recommended monthly allowance is S$750 but companies can decide on an amount they can offer.
